Interior Architecture Design
Design Statement: Space is not only understood through how it appears but also through how it is felt and experienced. I’ve always been sensitive to the atmosphere of places, often sensing a mood or energy before consciously understanding what shapes it. This awareness strongly influences my design approach. My process begins with developing a clear conceptual framework rooted in human behaviour and spatial storytelling, which guides each design decision as the space evolves. User experience is central to my thinking, shaping how people move, interact, and emotionally respond within an environment. I am particularly drawn to subtle spatial qualities that quietly influence behaviour and support connection. Through this approach, I aim to create spaces that feel intuitive, comforting, and inclusive – environments that encourage community, reflection, and a sense of ease and belonging
Project Overview: Community is increasingly important in today’s fast-paced and often disconnected world. This project responds by creating a third space – an environment outside of home and work – where people can reconnect through shared spatial experience. The design explores architecture as a process of transformation through Order, Disorder, and Reorder. Order establishes stability and orientation, using structured spatial systems to create clarity and grounding. Disorder forms the energetic core of the third space, introducing fragmentation, tension, and dynamic movement that invite interaction and engagement. Reorder restores balance, guiding users into calmer, more open environments that encourage reflection, focus, and connection. At its core, the project creates a community-driven third space where people move through these spatial shifts, fostering interaction, reflection, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of belonging.
