Interior Architecture Design
Design Statement: Design is not only about creating functional layouts; it is also about shaping emotions, behaviors, and experiences. Architecture has the ability to influence how people feel within a space through movement, atmosphere, materiality, light, sound, and nature. Being profoundly inspired by such disciplines as psychology, biophilic design, and immersive storytelling, I am interested in creating environments that respond to both the physical and emotional needs of users.
Through careful spatial planning and sensory integration, my work aims to create spaces that support balance, reflection, and emotional wellbeing.
Project Overview: The concept of the project is based on the re-evaluation of Architecture as an immersive therapy that provides responses to sensory overload, emotional exhaustion, and psychological stresses caused by excessive digitization. To help people find the necessary mental and emotional balance, the project includes several techniques, such as using immersive environments, sensory regulation spaces, biophilic design, and controlled movement. As a result, the project creates a non-clinical and immersive atmosphere where users can gradually shift from stimulation to reflection and communication with others.
