Design Statement: “Design exists as a silent conversation between the creator and the viewer, telling stories through space while acting as a mirror, allowing each to identify with parts of the experience.”
Design should always tell a story; with its own peculiar language, allowing users to become active participants within a space and engage with an environment that moves and evolves alongside them. As a designer, I have the power to shape how people move, think, and feel. Through intentional design, spaces become more than physical environment, they become immersive experiences that people emotionally connect with and remember. Project Overview: Collision is often viewed as destruction, overlooking the transformative potential of a crisis. Throughout history, periods of disruption have reshaped how people live, think, and create, giving rise to new identities and forms of expression. Epoch – The Canvas of Humanity is an innovation gallery and multicultural hub that redefines collision as the beginning of creation rather than an end. Inspired by historical patterns of crisis and recovery, the project translates these ideas into a spatial journey reflecting the cyclical nature of development. The experience unfolds through three phases: Rising, Pinpoint, and Emergence, representing the rise of creation, a moment of crisis, and the rebuilding of a new era through life’s foundations.
