Fashion Branding and Promotion
Design Statement: My design philosophy is rooted in creating work that is visually strong, conceptually thoughtful, and responsive to evolving user identities. I am drawn to design that questions existing behaviors, challenges fixed conventions, and transforms abstract ideas into clear and believable outcomes. I enjoy working across branding, digital design, physical design, and concept development, especially when projects allow space for experimentation and future-focused thinking. Adaptability is central to my approach, as I believe design should be able to shift and evolve with the user. In Morphi, I explored these ideas through an adaptable handbag system that challenges the fixed nature of accessories and reimagines fashion as a flexible form of self-expression.
Project Overview: Morphi is a phygital handbag concept that explores the integration of fashion accessories with adaptive digital technology. Designed around the idea of transformation and personal expression, the project reimagines the handbag as a responsive visual surface powered by flexible OLED screens. Rather than remaining fixed in appearance, the bag allows users to change colors, patterns, animations, and branded “skins” through a connected mobile application. The project investigates how digital interaction can exist within luxury fashion without losing elegance or usability. Combining branding, user experience, and speculative design, Morphi positions the handbag as both a fashion object and an evolving interface for wearable storytelling.
